Head To Toe Accessories offers the following Returns Policy:

If the item that you received is not what you envisioned, please contact us within seven days for a return authorization number. No returns will be accepted without a Return Authorization Number. Refunds will be made within 14 (fourteen) business days of receipt of the returned item, minus any shipping charges. We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase, however we do not sell used items, therefore we will not refund used items. Should the item be defective, we will replace or repair it (our choice).

International orders: we cannot be held responsible for customs duties, please kindly email with any questions PRIOR to placing your order.
